Ukraine will buy weapons from abroad on the basis of long-term loans supplier countries under state guarantees, said the head of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko.
He said that when the rearmament priority will be given to domestic manufacturers, at the same time scarce military goods, according to him, Ukraine will buy abroad.
