Rogozin: punishment against Russia will bring shame to those who have entered
Punishment regarding Russia will bring disgrace to those who have entered it, said the Russian Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Rogozin.
Relations between Russia and the West deteriorated in connection with the situation in Ukraine. At the end of July, the EU and the US from point penalties against private individuals and organizations turned to measures against entire sectors of the Russian economy. In response, Russia has restricted the import of food items from countries that have introduced in relation to penalties: USA, EU, Canada, Australia and Norway.
" We believe that sanctions against Russia itself will end a shame for those who have entered it, " Rogozin said in an interview to television channel.
He cited the example of Cuba, where before there was held a session of the Russian-Cuban intergovernmental Commission, co-chaired Rogozin.
