Creators of the film "Esenin" want to show he was not self-murder
"We demonstrate that it was a murder, based on a book by inquest of investigator colonel Eduard Khlystalov. His name was changed to Alexandr Khlystov in this film", - Igor Zaitsev.
Khlystalov suggested in1985 that poet`s death had been violent.
"We are waiting appearance of film with great emotion. It will be shown on October, 31 by TV. I foresee that even if there would not be scandals some people would be indignant at us, they would say that we had disfigured the facts." - said Zaitsev.
Sergei Bezrukov played a role of Sergei Esenin in that film. He has been playing Esenin for seven years in Ermolova theatre in the play "My life, or I dreamt about you?"
American screen actors took part in that film: Shon Young who played Aisedora Dunkan and Gary Busey who played Zinger, her former husband.
