ESENIN Sergey
Poet
(1895, with. Konstantinovo Ryazan province - 1925, Leningrad)
Born into a peasant family. He spent his childhood with his uncle, a prosperous Old Believer. In 1909 he graduated with honors Yesenin Konstantinovskoe zemstvo School. In 1909 - 1912 in the teachers' school in the village of Spas-Klepiki Yesenin studied the law of God, history, geography, etc., in preparation for the will of the native work of rural teachers. Here Yesenin began to write poetry. In 1912 he went to Moscow, where he served as a proofreader in a printing house and attended Surikov literary and artistic circle, engaged in historical and philosophical branch of the People's univesiteta AL. Shanyavsky. In 1913 - 1914 Yesenin along with other printing workers expressed the solidarity of the Bolshevik State IV.
