Deputies of Russia and Nicaragua agreed on cooperation
Vice-speaker of the Federation Council Ilyas Umakhanov and acting head of the National Assembly of Nicaragua iris Montenegro signed the agreement on inter-parliamentary cooperation.
The delegation of the Federation Council is on an official visit to Nicaragua.
