The situation in Ukraine was discussed on Thursday in the capital of Russia Deputy head of the Ministry of foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation Grigory Karasin and the British Ambassador to Russia Tim barrow, according to a report published on the Internet representation of the Russian Ministry of foreign Affairs.

Relations between the Russian Federation and the West deteriorated in connection with the situation in Ukraine. At the end of July 2014, the EU and the United States from a point penalties against some of the individuals and organizations have moved to the measures against entire sectors of the Russian economy.
