Russia and Egypt went to the Opera

Directly here was held the first Opera production of Giuseppe Verdi's "Aida", written for his scenes. The scene of the triumph of this work among other things was a gala-concert. In 1971, the theatre burned to the ground. Renovated in 1988 with the participation of Japanese professionals. This time is considered the main cultural center of Egypt and the Middle East.
The main program of the visit of the President of Russia is planned for February 10. Putin will hold talks with Egyptian authorities at the highest level in the narrow part of and with the participation of Ministers and adherents of the business community.
