The lords have criticised Cameron for Russia
The Prime Minister and diplomatic service in Britain criticized for incorrect assessment of the situation in the world.
The Committee of the house of lords called catastrophically incorrect assessment of Cameron's relatively Russia's relations with the EU and Ukraine. Lords believe that England should make more efforts in order to understand the Russian Federation.
