Kerry warned of a new anti-sanctions
John Kerry made the introduction of additional sanctions against Russia. The U.S. and its allies are considering new restrictions for the capital of Russia, said the American Secretary of state at the meeting with his British counterpart Philip Hammond. Before the White house was ready to take more stringent measures in connection with the situation in the South-East of Ukraine.
