In 1966 he graduated from the Gorsky Agricultural Institute, in 1984 - Academy of Social Sciences under the CPSU Central Committee. Candidate of Agricultural Sciences.
From 1958 he worked in the Nadterechny district. Since 1965 - Managing Naursky-Nadterskogo district association "Agriculture". From 1966 to 1971 - Director of the farm "Znamenskii."
From 1972 to 1975 - head of the national association of state farms. From 1975 - Minister of Agriculture of the Chechen-Ingush Republic.
