YAROSHENKO Nikolai

Painter. From paintings of everyday topics, portraitist.
He studied at military academies. Served at the St. Petersburg munitions plant in 1892 left the service.
Attended School of Drawing Society for the Promotion of Artists. In 1868-1874 he engaged in the Academy of Arts. In 1875 he was admitted as a member of the Association of Traveling Art Exhibitions and elected to its board.
Many traveled to Russia, Europe, Palestine, Egypt. Numerous studies performed during the visits.
In late 1870 - early 1880's created a series of paintings devoted to the theme of work, students. Posted by a series of portraits of artists and art.
