Biography KOZLOV Andrey
Birth 1965. Graduated from the Moscow Institute of Finance From August 1989 to July 1990 he worked in the monetary and economic management of the State Bank of the USSR, and then moved to the Division of Securities. In 1995-1996 - member of the Expert Council under the Federal Securities Commission. From March 1995 - Deputy, and from October 1997 - First Deputy Chairman of the CBR. Andrei Kozlov was among the creators of the GKO market, actually led his formation. Kozlov was one of the sponsors of the scheme to guarantee citizens' deposits in six commercial banks, by translating for him in Sberbank. Andrei Kozlov was the first of the leaders of the Central Bank, who lost his seat in time of financial crisis. September 5, 1998, Mr.. tendered his resignation on their own. Granting a request the resignation of his deputy, the head of the Central Bank of Russia Sergei Dubinin himself sent President Boris Yeltsin's resignation.
