Soloviev Zinovy Petrovich

(1876-1928 gg.) - One of the largest organizers and theoreticians of civil and military health. He graduated from the Medical Faculty of Kazan University, worked as a Medical Officer. In 1919, Mr.. was elected Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Red Cross, then - head of the Main Military Medical Administration of the Red Army. In 1923, Mr.. organized and headed the Department of Social Hygiene, Medical Faculty, 2 nd MSU. Supervised by the epidemic cypnogo and relapsing fever. Published several studies on the Zemstvo medicine, medical-care case in Russia: "Preventive medicine medical problems" (1926), "Issues of Military Medicine" (1955).
