Biography Alexandrov, Ivan Petrovich
(1780 - 1822), painter, son serf of Count NP. Sheremetev. Detected their master students in the Academy of Fine Arts. He received a gold medal for the painting: "Two students view drawings and prints, and have been released. In 1804 - 07 years went to China at the embassy graph Yu.G.. Golovkin. Upon his return to St. Petersburg for a portrait Urga Wang Yung-Tung-Dorji, son-in-the Chinese emperor, received the title of academician (portrait is in the museum of Alexander III). He owns another portrait of Emperor Alexander I and several portraits of members of the family of Count SM. Kamensky.
