(d. 1908). He graduated from the Kazan Theological Academy. Serving in Vyatskie spiritual and educational institutions, opened in Vyatka scientific archive committee and editor of its "Proceedings". Larger his articles: "Ancient acts Vyatka Region" (Vyatka, 1881), "settled there Vyatka Novgorod originated in the XII century".
