Biography Kotlyarevsky Sergey A.
Born in 1873. Educated at the historical-philological faculty of Moscow University. He was assistant professor in the department of history at the University of Moscow, received a Master of universal history in the works: "The Franciscan Order and the Roman Curia in the XIII and XIV centuries" (1901), . doctorate for the essay "Lamennais and modern Catholicism" (1904), . Then Kotlyarevskii, passing an examination at the Faculty of Law, defended his thesis for a master's degree and doctor of public law [ "Constitutional State. Kotlyarevsky Zemsky was a member of congress in 1905, one of the founders of the Constitutional Democratic Party and a member of the Central Committee, adhering to its right-wing.
