Biography Likharev Vladimir
Born in 1800, was a second lieutenant of the Quartermaster. Ranked as the category VII (4 years of hard labor and permanent exile) because "he knew of the intent to kill the Czar, belonged to a secret society with knowledge of the purpose and knew about preparing to revolt". In the determination Likhareva join the movement played a notable part of his close acquaintance with the military settlements, which he made several notes (not preserved), and was going to write a letter to Alexander I. At settlement Likharev lived in Kurgan, where he acquired general popularity. In 1837, Mr.. Likharev enlisted rank and file, in 1840, Mr.. fell in the battle of Valerik.
