Biography BLUMENBAH Johann Friedrich (Blumenbach Johann Friedrich)
(1752-1840) Born in Gotha (Germany), May 11, 1752. He studied at Jena and GцІttingen universities. In 1775 received his doctorate in medicine. In 1776-1835 - Professor of Clinical Medicine and Head of the Cabinet of Natural History at the University of GцІttingen. Engaged in comparative anatomy and physiology.
