Biography Evdokiya (Eudokia)
Evdokia; Eudokia, OK. 400-460 years. n. e., Greek Christian poet. Came from Athens, was the daughter of the philosopher-rhetorician. Taking in Constantinople Christianity changed its name to Atenais Evdokia and became the wife of Emperor Theodosius II, which glorifies the act of (lost) poem. A pilgrimage to the Holy Land, which then fell into disgrace, and settled. In the poem Homerokentra glorified the life of Christ Homeric hexameter (cm. Senton) in hexameter and she described the life of St.. Cyprian: Three books about the martyrdom of Cyprian (Logos eis martyra ton Kyprianon). E. shifted in the poems "vosmiknizhie" (ie the first eight books of the Old Testament) and the books of Daniel and Zechariah. Poetry E. lacked significant artistic merit.
