PTUHA Vladimir

Ptuha Vladimir (25.3.1894, Oster Chernigov province - 25/04/1938), party activist. The son of an employee. He studied at the Petrograd Mining Institute (1912-17). In April. 1917 joined RSDLP (b). In the 1917-18 term and before. Osterskogo council, committee member of the Party. In 1918-19 commanded a guerrilla detachment, then formed and commanded the 1 st Cavalry Regiment in Ukraine. In 1919-23 the district committee secretary Osterskogo Party (Bolsheviks) of Ukraine, Deputy. prev. Chernigov executive committee, head. Department of Provincial Committee Party (Bolsheviks). In 1923-24 Instructor of the CC CP (b) U, and since 1924 - the Central Committee of the CPSU (b). Since 1927 1-st secretary of the Stalingrad Provincial Committee, the Lower Volga, from January. 1934 Stalingrad territorial committees of the CPSU (b). In 1930 a candidate member of the Central Committee of the CPSU (b). Since 1935 2 nd Secretary, Far Eastern Regional Committee of the CPSU (b). 1/6/1937 expelled from the Central Committee and was soon arrested. Sentenced to death. In 1956, rehabilitated and restored in the party.
