Biography BRAUN Werner von (Braun)
Braun, Wernher von (Braun), a German scientist in the field of rocketry. Born March 23, 1912 in Virzitse now Wyrzysk, Poland. He studied in Zurich and Berlin Institutes of Technology and the University of Berlin. In 1932 joined the Wehrmacht. Since 1937 one of the leaders of Germany's war research center in Peenemц?nde. Brown's work was closely associated with the plans of Hitler's military command in the 2 nd World War.
