Zavgayev Ahmar Gapurovich born December 20, 1947 in Art. Nurinsk, Telmanivsky district, Karaganda region (Kazakh SSR).

In 1973 he graduated from college Sernovodsk selshozyaystvenny (technician-mechanic). 1979 - Gorski selshozyaystvenny Institute specializing scientist Agronomist.
