Alex Yepanchin

Aleksey Yepanchin born in 1823. At the end of the Sea Cadet Corps in 1841 was promoted to warrant officers leaving in the officer class.

In 1845 he was assigned to the Marine Corps teacher of navigation and astronomy. Then successively filled the post of Assistant Inspector of classes and komandipa midshipman company.

In 1858 he was awarded the Order of St.. Stanislaus 2 nd degree. In 1860 he was appointed inspector of classes. As a member of the school board of the academic course of Marine Sciences and a member of the Committee on the transformation of maritime training institutions (since 1862) under the chairmanship of the Adjutant General Krabbe.
