Kirill Lavrov (p. 1925), actor, People's Artist of the USSR (1972), Hero of Socialist Labor (1985). Seung Yu. S. Lavrov. Since 1955 in the Leningrad Bolshoi Drama Theater (Neil 'Philistines' M. Gorky), since 1989 artistic director. Acted in films: 'Living and the Dead' (1963), 'The Brothers Karamazov' (1968), 'Taming of the Fire' (1972), 'Trust' (1976) and others. President of the International Confederation of Theater Associations (since 1992, Chairman of the Union of theatrical figures of the USSR in 1986-92). Lenin Prize (1982), USSR State Prize (1978).
