Biography Sudeikin Sergey
1882, St. Petersburg - 1946, New York. Studied at MUZHVZ (1897-1909, with interruptions) from K. Korovin and IAH (1909-10). Participated in exhibitions of association "Scarlet Rose" (1904) and "Blue Rose" (1907), "World of Art" (from 1911), "Union of Russian Artists" and in the salons of the "Golden Fleece" (1908-09). Participated in the Salon d'Automne in Paris, Diaghilev (1906). The designer was for Moscow and St. Petersburg theaters, ballets of Diaghilev's productions in Paris and New York theater. He left Russia in 1920, lived in New York (1920-22), from 1923 - in Paris. In the work of exquisite Sudeikina XVIII century strangely coexisting with primitivism of folk art
