Born Dec. 1, 1951 in Roueytone. After college, he played in the prestigious troupe 'Fulton repertory' and in 1976 he debuted on Broadway in the musical 'Grease' in the title role. Later, he played there in productions of 'Over Here' and 'Pirates of Penzance'. The first notable success in film came to him in the same 1976-m, when he played with Milos Forman in 'hair'.
