Birth 1965. Graduated from the Moscow Institute of Finance
From August 1989 to July 1990 he worked in the monetary and economic management of the State Bank of the USSR, and then moved to the Division of Securities.

Andrei Kozlov was the first of the leaders of the Central Bank, who lost his seat in time of financial crisis.
