MASSALITINOVA Barbara Levinton (29. 07. 1878 - 20. 10. 1945), actress.
Born in Yelets. She graduated from courses at the Moscow Dramatic Theater School (1901). From 1901 - actress of the Maly Theater, in the film - from 1919.
State Winner. Prize of the USSR (1941 - for the role Akulina Ivanovna in the movies 'Childhood Gorky', 'in people').
People's Artist of the RSFSR (1933).
