Konstantinov (Bakonin) Andrei Dmitrievich

Born September 30, 1963. He graduated from the Eastern Department of the Leningrad State University as a "historian and Arabist" (1986).
In 1986 - 1991 he served in the Army military translator in the Middle East and in the USSR. In 1991 he became a police reporter for the newspaper "Smena". In 1993 - head of the criminal department of the newspaper. He organized the agency investigative journalism "ARS".
In 1994 - 1996 he worked his own correspondent, newspaper "Komsomolskaya Pravda" of St. Petersburg and North-West region. Since 1996, the service is headed by investigative journalist publishing house "Chance".
