Autobiographical notes

Since my childhood I remember the endless walks with his grandfather on forests and swamps Uvinskaya region of Udmurtia. My grandfather was a forester, and often sat by the fire, stirring a branch porridge or sipping tea, talking about devils, magicians, and other vermin, which in the Udmurt mythology a myriad
. Grandfather - Udmurt and remembers vividly the old stories and figuratively.

Criticism

There is something alive, something a deep, primitive in the works Korkina Vladimir Petrovich. Knowing him like a good draftsman, was unexpectedly impressed deliberately coarsened style sheets his "Udmurt calendar". I could not imagine that the Udmurt folklore can give a chance to express myself. It really pagan characters. Strong, rough, as if felled with an ax, with great emotional force, the characters.
