Fedor Novotelnov

Fedor Novotelnov was born in 1928 in g. Great Ustyug Vologda region.
He graduated from the Yaroslavl Art School in 1950. Member of the Union of Artists of Russia since 1960.
Since 1954, the Republican Party and all-Union exhibitions, including "Big Volga".
In 1997 awarded the title of "Honored Artist of Russia '.
