BELLYARMINOV Ivan Ivanovich

(b. 1837). He was educated in the Saratov Theological Seminary, in the Main Pedagogical Institute and graduated from the course at St. Petersburg University in History and Philology. Taught pedagogy at the St. Petersburg Institute of History and Philology and the Institute of Pavlovsky, history and Latin language - in the 3rd and 6-th St. Petersburg high schools. From 1869. until 1908. was a member of scientific committee of the Ministry of Education.
