Biography Bychkov Fedor Afanasievich
(1861 - 1909); brother of Ivan Afanasievich Bychkova, attended lectures at St. Petersburg University. In 1886 - 1890 he was the editor of the informal part "Yaroslavl Provincial Gazette". In 1891 - 94 years was the rural chiefs in the Rybinsk district. Later years he served in the Department of Agriculture.
