Kozlov Pavel

(1841 - 1891).
His poems appeared in the "Dawn", "News of Europe", "Russian Messenger, etc.. Journals. They are very musical, some of his songs (eg, "Looking at the ray of purple sunset") have acquired great fame. He owns an exemplary translation of Byron ( "Manfred", "Don Juan", "Childe Harold", "Beppo"). The Complete Works of his was published in Moscow (1897, 4 th edition).
