Biography MAKAROV Ivan Kuzmich
(1822 - 1897). After graduating from the course of the district school, he studied art under the guidance of his father, in his drawing school, and became his assistant. Images sent in the Makarov Academy of Arts, together with the work of other students of the same school, drew it to the attention of the academic council, awarded him in 1842, Mr.. title neklassnogo artist. In 1845, Mr.. Makarov moved to St. Petersburg. Being engaged under A.T. Markov, Makarov chosen specialty portrait painting.
