Biography WELT Bernhard (Welte Bernhard)
Born March 31, 1906 in Meц÷kirch (hometown of Martin Heidegger, with whom Welte has long term friendship). After graduating from high school in Constanta (1918) studied theology and philosophy at the universities of Freiburg and Munich.
