E fox Gennady deputy commander of Squadron 982 th Fighter Regiment (34 th Air Army, Transcaucasus VO) Captain. Born December 26, 1937 in the city of Stalingrad (now Volgograd) in a working class family. Russian. Member of the CPSU since 1961. After graduating from high school in 1955 enrolled in the Bataisk Military Aviation School, from which he graduated in 1959. He served in various locations. Last duty station was in the garrison city Vaziani (Georgia).
November 28, 1973 Captain Eliseev GN. carrying on combat duty at the airport Vaziani. Near Mugan valley (Azerbaijan), the State Border of the USSR had violated the aircraft F-4 Phantom "(T-33?) Air Force of Iran. Upon instruction from the manual he first took the willingness Б•ї 1, and then took off on the MiG-21cm to intercept the violator aircraft. . Buried in the city of Volgograd, where the street named after him and a memorial plaque. Forever enrolled in the lists of the military unit. Eliseev currently residing in the city of Minsk (Belarus).
