A ozovsky Victor Artemyevitch - Deputy Commander of Squadron 431 th Fighter Regiment (3rd Ukrainian Front) Captain. Born January 21, 1923 in the village of Nikolskoye Solonyanskogo region Dnipropetrovsk region in a peasant family. Ukrainetz. Member of the CPSU since 1945. He graduated from the 3 course Agrarian Nikopol in 1939. In the Red Army from October 1940. Graduated Chuguivska military pilots flying school in 1942.
On the Great Patriotic War in May 1943. Second Lieutenant Lozovskii VA. in August 1943 in a dogfight with fire brought down an enemy fighter weapons onboard Me-109, another cut off the tail rotor. Landed safely at its airport.
Captain Lozovskii VA. the end of the war has made 327 sorties, 42 aircraft shot down 19 aircraft fighting the enemy.
. W tion of the Hero of the Soviet Union with the award of the Order of Lenin and medal "Gold Star" Lozovsky Viktor Artemyevitch awarded on Feb. 23, 1948.

. Lived and worked in Zaporozhye. He was awarded the Order of Lenin, 2 orders of the Red Banner, Order of Alexander Nevsky, World War 1 degree, 2 orders of Red Star and medals. Died Nov. 23, 1969.
