With peaceful Dmitri Ivanovich - Commander of 121 Infantry Corps (50 Army, 2 nd Belorussian Front), Major-General. Russian. Born June 26, 1901 in the village Klimovo now Ostrovsky District, Kostroma region. Primary Education. He worked in his native village.
In the army since 1920. Member of the Civil War. In 1922 he graduated from infantry training, courses in 1929 Б? Б?? Shot Б??, 1936 Б? Military Academy Frunze. He served in line units. Member of the fighting on the Khalkhin Gol in 1939.
Member of the Great Patriotic War on April 1942. He commanded an infantry brigade, division. At the final stage of the war Б? Commander 121 Infantry Corps. Corps under his command June 24, 1944 broke through the heavily fortified defenses north-east of the city Chaussy (Mogilev region), crossed the river Pronya and seized a bridgehead on its right bank. During the offensive, decisively and skillfully directed the corps units and formations.
