World Congress of the Crimean Tatar people is doomed to broadcast false anti-Russian statements, the head of public Affairs Department of international relations and the deported people of Crimea Zaur Smirnov.
The Congress, which declared than 180 Crimean Tatar organizations from around the world, will be held August 1-2 in the capital of Turkey.
