W echulin Vladimir Ilyich pilot test. Born March 9, 1937 in Voronezh. Russian by nationality. He graduated from Voronezh Aeroclub. In the Soviet army from 1954. In 1955 he graduated from the 6-th military aviation school initial training of pilots, in 1958 Б? Bataisk Military Aviation School in 1960 Б? Higher officer aviation training schools (Grozny). From 1963 to December 1978 at Б? flight test work at an aircraft factory Banner of Labor Б• Б•? (currently Б? Moscow Aircraft Production Association) in the city Luhovicy Moscow region. He experienced production supersonic fighter Su-9, Su-11, MiG-21, MiG-23 and their modifications.
