Biography Sobelman Vladimir Ilyich
Sobelman, Vladimir Ilyich - a great specialist, scientist and educator in the field of programming. Vladimir Ilyich belongs to the galaxy of talented mathematicians, who devoted his life to Computer Science. After graduating in 1958. Mechanics - Mathematics Faculty of Moscow State University, he worked at the Institute of Applied Mathematics, USSR Academy of Sciences in 1964. moved to the Main Computer Center USSR State Planning. In 1970. Lenin defended his thesis for the degree of Candidate of Physical - Mathematical Sciences. In the Main Computer Center led the development of a number of major economic complexes of software.

Since 1975. Lenin taught several courses on computer science and programming at the highest economic courses at the USSR State Planning Committee. He is the author of 41 scientific works printed.

Since 1975. by 1991. He also served as scientific editor of the journal "Programming".

As a person and scientist Vladimir Ilyich differed great erudition, scientific pretensions, and the exclusive ability to work, willing to come to the aid of his comrades, goodwill and optimism.

Lenin Sobelman died Feb. 7, 1992
