Hugh Capet (c.. 941 - 24.10.996), Count of Paris (956 - 996), Duke of the West Franks, King of West Franks (987 - 996), married with a 1.970 at the Adelaide of Aquitaine (950 - 1006). The first king of the Capetian dynasty. After his father's death in 956 years Hugh inherited his titles and power.
