Plakida Victor

Place of birth, education. Born in the town of Krasny Luch, Lugansk region.


In 1979 he graduated from Leningrad Polytechnic Institute. Ph.D. in Economics (in 2001, defended at the Kharkov Polytechnic Institute thesis on "Economic mechanism for increasing the efficiency of energy supplying enterprises").


Career. From 1980 to 1999. worked as a senior engineer, senior foreman, head of the regional electricity Leninsky district (Autonomous Republic of Crimea).


From 1999 to 2004. headed Feodosijskij electrical network.


From January to October 2004 he was deputy technical director of long-term development of OAO Krymenergo "in Simferopol


. Since October 2004, the first held the post of Crimean energy system of state enterprise "NAC" UKRENERGO. "


. June 2, 2006 the Verkhovna Rada of the ARC in consultation with the President of Ukraine Viktor Yushchenko has appointed V. Plakida chairman of the Council of Ministers of the ARC
. Replaced as Anatoly Burdyugova.


Activism. Member of the Leninsky District Council (1990-1995), Feodossia (2002-2006).


Regalia. Distinguished Power Engineer of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea (2004). Distinguished Power Engineer of Ukraine (2008).


Ratings. In 2007, took 4 th place in the "50 Most Influential Crimeans", compiled by the magazine "Focus".
