Over $2mn needed to liquidate accident in Lvov Region (Ukraine)
A draft resolution was sent to the Ukrainian Cabinet of Ministers to throw money for liquidating consequences of the accident in Lvov Region, when a train carrying phosphorus derailed, and the phosphorus ignited.
According to the resolution, as a REGNUM correspondent was told at the regional headquarters to liquidate the results of the accident, 10,160,000 hryvnas (over $2mn - REGNUM) are needed for it.
As they said at the headquarters, the number of hospitalized people is 164, 34 of them are children. All victims of the accident are rendered medical assistance.
