Media: Elements of Communist symbols in Kiev dismantled until August 24

The day before the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine submitted to the Verkhovna Rada the bill " On access to the archives of the repressive organs of the Communist totalitarian regime, 1917-1991 ".
