Tsarev: Appeals of Ukrainian politicians about the "repel Russian aggression" - only declarations
Kiev adopted the resolution "on aggression" in order to apply it in the international courts against Russia, suggested in explanation of the views of the speaker of the Parliament of Novorossia Oleg Tsarev.
"First, it should be noted, because it is the resolution of the Verkhovna Rada. A decision shall be taken only a third of the votes of the Parliament of Ukraine. I do not exclude that for this reason it was decided to adopt the document in the form of a resolution, " he said in explanation of the newspaper VIEW Chairman of the Parliament of Novorossiya, a former people's Deputy of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Oleg Tsarev.
