The head of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko expressed the hope that the most difficult period in the economy had passed.
"There is reason to carefully hope that in the economy we experienced the most serious. I very much hope, praying that this year in Ukraine's history has been the most difficult, and that our earth came to peace, reform came economic growth, " Poroshenko said Monday, speaking out in the annual address to the Verkhovna Rada.
