It is fundamentally important for Kiev - that the OSCE remains the most important element of the Minsk process on the settlement in the Donbass, despite the replacement of the messenger of the organization in the contact group, said the Director of policy and communications Ministry of foreign Affairs of Ukraine Alexey Makeev.
The acting head of the OSCE Ivica Dacic on the first day of the week officially appointed Austrian politician, Ambassador Martin Sajdik as its new special representative for the settlement of the Ukraine and in the tripartite contact group.
