In the process of communicating Intelligences recruited law enforcement officers in the ranks of the "Right sector" for the participation of mercenaries in armed conflict within the South-East of Ukraine. In addition, Razumov on his page in social network "Vkontakte" was posted various information aimed at inciting hatred or enmity, and humiliation of the dignity of a group of persons on the grounds of nationality." Right sector is a Ukrainian Association of radical nationalist organizations. In November 2014, the Supreme court of Russia has recognized the Union of right-wing extremist organization and banned its activities on the territory of the Russian Federation. In January, the "Right sector" made in the register is prohibited in the Russian Federation organizations.
